Clients contract the use of our platform and give access to their employees and other third parties, as solely decided by them, by creating users who access the platform with their email address and credentials. The clients’ administrators grant end users roles, which result in different permissions and access rights to the information held in the Client account. 

Our Approach to Your Data

Your data is yours. NeuralFabric regards all content that you create within your account on the platform, such as forms, data sources, tasks, user accounts, email addresses, etc.) as being your private property, owned wholly by you. We do not sell your content or data to anyone, and we only process and make your data available as needed to provide you the service, with the exception of a limited set of circumstances (eg. NeuralFabric is compelled by a subpoena, or if you've given us permission to do so). 

The platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services cloud platform in the United States of America (USA) - NeuralFabric is committed to processing and storing your data securely.
